Sophia Wellness offers wholistic health and nutrition coaching to women. She focuses on lifestyle changes to better give a well-rounded approach.

We started with 3 creative direction mooboards to help us figure out the visual direction of her brand.

She and I made some simple edits to the middle moodboard and started on the brand design which led us to this:

And now her website is in the works as she finished up her continued education and adds more to her offerings!
